When do we pay for the hire?
Payment must be made prior to the equipment leaving our premises.  Payment can be made online or with cash when the items are collected.
If you require a credit account this will need to be pre arranged with us by requesting a credit application form.

What is a one-day hire?
One day equates to one calendar day

What do you charge for half-day hire?
Half day hire equipment must be either returned before 12 mid-day or after 5pm and equates to 60% of the full day hire fee

Can I pencil book equipment?
Yes. However if we have another booking on the same day and you can’t confirm you will loose your booking.

Can I cancel a confirmed booking?
Yes if you give us at least 24 hrs. notice. Failure to do so may result in a fee being incurred.

When are you open?
We are open 9am – 5:30pm but we are available at anytime should you require.  We can also arrange for out of hours collection and drop offs.

Are travel days charged?
Yes.  If you have our kit you are charged for each day you have it.  If you need it for multiple days let us know and we can organize a special rate for you.

What do we do if the kit gets damaged?
Call us immediately.  Do not try and fix broken equipment on set.  View our terms and conditions, as it will cost you to replace or cover our costs or repair and replacement.

Is the gear insured?
You must have your own insurance cover and provide us with a copy of your insurance certificate prior to collecting the gear.
If you do not have cover we can charge this per rental for an additional 10% per day.
If the gear is lost, stolen or damaged please contact us immediately.

Can we take the gear overseas?
No.  The equipment is not to leave New Zealand without prior consent.  Give us a call and have a chat if you have an overseas shoot.



Do you offer special rates for multiple day hire?
Yes give us a call to discuss.

Do you crew available that can operate the gear?
Yes we have a range of operators available as well as postproduction services. Please call us to discuss.
